” Yes it’s all about menopause this March. Menopause health is the most talked about topic in many workplaces.
So we at MindworksUK thought lets talk about it within our community. With many women struggling to understand their bodies and the change they are going through ‘Menopause March’ will be addressing many questions you, your husband, family, friends or children might have to looking at fitness and general well being.
With some amazing presenters who can talk and walk you through any unanswered questions, self care, fitness and nutrition to your mental health and ‘menopause brain’
We welcome you to a series of 4 sessions every Thursday during March, hence ‘Menopause March’. They’re held at St Mary Magdalene’s church, Wandsworth Common SW17 7EE (access via rear entrance in Wiseton Road). Please book via Eventbrite, details below. MindworksUK is a small local organisation that does terrific work offering counselling services at low cost to those who might not otherwise be able to access them. It makes a point of reaching out to and serving all Tooting and Balham’s faith and cultural communities.
