Trident Business Centre – a resource for the whole community
Trident Business Centre in Bickersteth Road, SW17, is working to expand its role as a community asset, supporting not only business but the whole community.
They want to hear from community groups, organisations and charities about how the Centre can help meet their needs, both in response to the pandemic and for the longer term.
In response to the pandemic Trident are:
opening their car park as a safe place for charities needing a drop off point to which the public and businesses can bring donations
working with Be-Enriched led by Kemi Akinola bring their kitchen to Trident and serve hot meals to vulnerable people. Dates soon to be announced.
collecting food (storable), nappies, baby wipes, household goods etc to be distributed to those struggling financially.
to support mental health, they can offer offering space meeting social distancing requirements for counsellors to meet people needing their help
offering storage space to community groups and charities
They also want to hear from groups, organisations and charities to let them know how the Centre’s resources can help meet their needs, both now and in the longer term. This is a great opportunity, and your responses are all important.
