Your mental health in pregnancy and after
Healthwatch Survey (ends 5th April)
Healthwatch, Wandsworth’s health watchdog and champion, would like to hear about your mental health and wellbeing in pregnancy and your first year after giving birth.
Delia Fitzsimmons of Healthwatch writes:
Healthwatch Wandsworth are the independent health and social care champion for people in Wandsworth, run by Wandsworth Care Alliance, and they want to hear from Wandsworth residents about experiences of people who have been pregnant or have given birth in the last 12 months. Alternatively, partners or people supporting someone who has been pregnant can take part.
You’re asked to complete this online survey and encourage people you know to take part. https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/HWWperinatal/
Responses will be kept anonymous and will help local health and care services understand how their services are working, and where things can be made better.
Enter our draw to win 1 of 3 £20 shopping vouchers.
Closing date for the survey: Monday 5th April 2021
