CALL FOR SPONSORS FOR COMMUNITY FUN DAY ON 25th JUNE

Community Fun Day 12-5pm Saturday 25th June
Broadwater Road, SW17 0EU
‘Reconnecting our community in celebration’

After a two year gap, the Community Fun Day is set to roll from 12noon-5pm on Saturday 25th June!

The Fun Day will keep up its record as Tooting’s premier summer event with attractions including rides, inflatables, city farm animals, smoothie making bikes, stalls, sports, crafts, entertainers and multicultural food. The whole community will unite in a day of celebration and fun, including celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. We expect large crowds of all faiths, races and backgrounds to throng a traffic free Broadwater Road. It’s a great networking occasion. Funds raised at the event will go to St George’s Hospital.

Call for sponsors
To get the Fun Day off the ground, we ask for local businesses and other bodies to support the event as sponsors, to help meet the large costs involved. We offer Gold (£500), Silver (£200) and Bronze (£50) sponsorship packages, each with a valuable set of promotional benefits. The details are here:

Please consider if your organisation can offer sponsorship and approach others who may be interested. Time is short! We’d like to hear from potential sponsors by 3rd May.
