The COMMUNITY FUN DAY on 25th June in Broadwater Road united the whole community in a day of celebration. Record crowds enjoyed inflatables, smoothie making bikes, stalls, sports, crafts, entertainers and renowned multicultural food. £4250 was raised for St George’s Hospital and £700 for the Sickle Cell Society. VIPs Sarmila Varatharaj, Deputy Mayor of Wandsworth, Rosena Allin-Khan MP, MP for Tooting, the Bishop of Kingston and Amerjit Chohan, Chief Executive of Saint Georges hospital charity spoke inspiringly.
