Amy Adams, who many of us know as a renowned photographer of Tooting, is offering Forest Bathing as a way to enrich our experience of the natural world to the benefit of our physical and mental health. Amy is a Forest Bathing Guide and a great lover of Tooting’s wild places.
Amy has joined up with Sarah Stephenson, Sound Healer and Musician, to offer two walks on Tooting Common which give a unique opportunity to unwind, relax, and reconnect with the natural world’.
The walks, from 1.30-3.30pm on Thursday 19th October and 11am-1pm on Friday 20th October are free. They are part of the Wandsworth Brighter Living Fair during October.
